WARRANTY DURATION

General Term

We guarantee our products against any material or craftsmanship defects for a duration of 3 months warranty for Used Laptops and 6 months warranty for Refurb Laptops., starting from the original date of purchase by the consumer (referred to as the "Warranty Period").To ensure that you can take advantage of our 3 months warranty for Used Laptops and 3 months warranty for Used Laptops and 6 months warranty for Refurb Laptops. warranty for Refurb Laptops.

We cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products. The entire liability of Skyline Computers shall be strictly and unequivocally limited to the price you paid for the product.

LIMITED TIME WARRANTY DETAILS

In the event that the product you have received exhibits any of the following conditions:

1. Faultiness
2. Defects
3. Incorrect specifications
4. Doesn't meet your expectations
5. Change of preference

This product is under warranty for a duration of 3 months warranty for Used Laptops and 6 months warranty for Refurb Laptops. starting from the purchase date. Please reach out to us within 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund request, by accessing our Refund online form.

Once the initial 15-day Money Back Guarantee period has passed, should you experience any hardware-related problems, you have the option to request a replacement product of the same brand, model, specifications, and value within the 3 months warranty for Used Laptops and 6 months warranty for Refurb Laptops. warranty period from the date of purchase.

What our warranty covers

Our warranty encompasses all functional aspects of the product when used normally. It applies exclusively to original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and craftsmanship. The warranty applies only for the products obtained and purchased from Skyline Computers.

What our Warranty excludes from coverage

It's important to note that this claim will become invalid if the product or any of its components are modified or damaged in any manner.

Over time, it's natural for products to undergo wear and tear when used. This can be considered part of the normal product lifecycle. Therefore, Conditions arising from your use of the product, which result in wear and tear, are not covered by the warranty.

Our warranty does not extend to cover any damage resulting from the abuse of the product, defects arising from improper or incorrect use, or misuse of the product by you. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Misuse or mishandling of the product
• Exposure to any forms of excessive or abnormal conditions, including but     not limited to excessive humidity, heat, contact with liquids, sand, or other contaminants, as well as excessive force and pressure, and similar situations.
• Damage or consequences resulting from exposure to natural forces of nature, including, but not limited to, flooding, droughts, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters.
• Installation and application failures
• Lack of maintenance and/or care
• Theft and loss of the product
• Normal wear-and-tear
• Negligence or accidents
• Alterations of the product by you and/or by a non-authorized third party
• Non-compliance with the manual instruction provided inside the packaging or on our website, when applicable and available

Under which conditions is the warranty applicable:

1. You are able to present the official receipt of the product, clearly showing the product reference, the date and place of purchase, the retailer’s name and the price of the product.
2. You can provide the relevant product for examination.
3. You have registered your product on skylinecomputers.ae.

OUR WARRANTY POLICY

Skyline Computers does not warrant and is not responsible for any other product or device made by anyone other than Skyline Computers.

If a material or craftsmanship defect arises with regards to any Skyline Computers product and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our discretion:

(i) repair the Skyline Computers product using new or refurbished parts.

(ii) replace the Skyline Computers product with a refurbished Skyline Computers product.

(iii) refund the purchase price of the defective Skyline Computers product.

We cannot guarantee that the exact specification, color, or product for the claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed, in which case we will offer you to Select an alternative model of your preference within the same purchase price.

For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty does not cover damage that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear, or failure to follow the product instructions (e.g., dropping the product etc.).
