Can I pay with Cash on Delivery or Tabby?

Cash on Delivery and Tabby pay in 4 are available. We also accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where shown at checkout. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need help choosing a payment option.

Where do you deliver and how long does it take?

We deliver within the UAE. Free UAE delivery applies to orders over AED 99. Our current delivery estimate is 2–3 working days. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.

How do I start a return?

We offer 15-day easy returns. Contact WhatsApp +971 56 689 5605 with your order number and the reason for return before arranging collection. Read the refund policy for eligibility and ask our team to confirm collection arrangements and any applicable charge.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Your laptop includes a 6-month warranty. Send your order number, a description of the issue and any useful photos or video to WhatsApp +971 56 689 5605. Our team will explain the assessment and next steps. The warranty page contains the terms.

Does the laptop have an Arabic or English keyboard?

Keyboard layout varies by unit. Check the product information and ask us to confirm Arabic/English, English US or English UK layout for your selected configuration before buying. Please also confirm the Windows language and licence if these are essential for you.

What do the condition grades mean?

The displayed grade identifies the condition recorded for that product: Grade A – Excellent, Grade B – Good, Certified renewed or Brand new. Unless a listing explicitly says Actual unit photos, photos may show the model rather than your exact unit. Ask us for current unit photos and any recorded battery-health measurement.

Can I visit the Sharjah shop?
